Top of the Market’s Executive Chef, Robin James, welcomes Patrick Muran, Winemaker at Niner Wine Estates, for an evening of exploration. Experience five-courses of Chef James’ exquisite seafood cuisine learnedly paired with Niner’s very special white and red wines. Muran will discuss the science of wine and food with Chef James and our guests, while sharing some lifestyle stories along the way.
