Where does your seafood come from?

We strive to provide a wide variety of fresh, sustainable seafood from all over the world, including many local favorites. Our menus change regularly based on commercial fishing season calendars and taking into account current fishery management so as to ensure no species of fish with populations under stress are ever on our menus. Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes, you can share the gift of delicious seafood by purchasing Top of the Market gift cards, available online and at the restaurant. These gift cards are good at Top of the Market and all Fish Market Restaurant locations. To purchase gift cards online, click here.

You can view our most up-to-date availability here.

Do you take reservations?

Absolutely! Reservations are encouraged, but we take walk-ins as well when availability allows. You can make a reservation online here.

What is the dress code?

Top of the Market service is relaxed Fine Dining. All of the attention to detail without any of the pretension. Our dress code for guests is business casual, but feel free to dress to the nines!

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We are CASHLESS. We ask that you please plan to use a credit card for your payment with us.

Can dietary restrictions and allergies by accommodated?

Yes, we make every attempt to accommodate all dietary requests and allergies. Since our focus is fresh fish, much of our menu is naturally gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free. Please ask your server for assistance identifying allergen-free / modifications and so that they can share your allergy with our culinary team.

Is there a children's menu?

Yes, of course! Children’s entrees are available to guests 10 and under and are served with a soft drink and scoop of ice cream.

May we bring a cake for a special occasion?

Yes of course! Our cake service is $25. In compliance with the Health Department the cake must be store bought; it cannot be homemade.

What are your corkage and retail wine purchase policies?

Corkage is not permitted for wines currently on our list. For wines not on our list, we offer $25 per bottle corkage on the first three (3) 750ml bottles. Corkage for any subsequent bottles is $75 per 750.

We do also permit the sale of wine for takeout. No more than a 1 case or 12 bottle retail wine purchase will be permitted per group/reservation/order per day in order to ensure availability to other diners.

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Our second floor restaurant can be accessed via an elevator inside the first floor Fish Market Restaurant. There are additionally ramps throughout. If you have specific access questions, please submit an inquiry by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

Do you have outdoor dining?

We have a fully outdoor, rooftop deck as well as two glass enclosed, covered and temperature patios. When making a reservation please select the dining experience you prefer.

Is your restaurant pet friendly?

Unfortunately, due to offering very limited deck space, we do not permit pets in our outdoor dining area at this time. No pets are permitted inside either, but service animals are of course always welcomed.

What should I know about my reservation in light of COVID-19?

We will continue to follow the CDC, county and state guidance provided to support a safe, clean environment for employees and guests.

  • Here’s what you can expect:
    As of March 1, 2022, masks are not required for guests of the restaurant
  • We ask that you stay home and do not enter our restaurant if you have a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell or if you or someone you live with has been diagnosed with COVID-19
  • Please read all posted signage before entering the building. This signage will advise you of the most up-to-date guidance surrounding masking and social distance.
