FAQ

If you forget to tell your server or cashier you are a Your Rewards Member at the time of purchase you may, within seven days of purchase,  provide us with membership information, a picture of your check or credit card receipt and your contact information.   You must have already been a Your Rewards member at the time your purchase was made to receive retroactive points.  Points can take up to two weeks to be applied to your account.
