Experience five-courses of Chef James’ exquisite seafood cuisine learnedly paired with Grgich Hills’s very special estate wines. DeKock will discuss the legacy of this Napa Valley legend with Chef James and our guests, while sharing some special tales of the family behind the wine not often heard.
